Direct anterior restorations represent one of the most fascinating yet challenging procedures in modern restorative dentistry.
Every day, clinicians face situations that require not only technical expertise but also a deep understanding of dental esthetics: incisal fractures, Class IV defects, tooth wear, diastema closure, peg-shaped teeth, morphological alterations, and increasingly demanding esthetic expectations from patients.
In these situations, success does not depend solely on the execution of the restoration. An unnatural result, inadequate morphology, improper color integration, or incorrect management of the optical properties of composite materials can transform an apparently acceptable treatment into a source of patient dissatisfaction.
Today, an esthetic failure involves much more than the need to remake a restoration, with the consequent loss of time and resources. It may also result in significant reputational damage, in a professional environment where patient perception, online reviews, and word-of-mouth referrals have an increasing impact on clinical success.

At the same time, modern direct composite restorations allow clinicians to provide highly conservative, esthetic, and affordable treatment options to a broad range of patients. However, fully exploiting their potential requires a comprehensive understanding of indications, limitations, material properties, clinical protocols, and treatment strategies.
This theoretical and hands-on program has been designed to provide participants with immediately applicable clinical protocols for predictable anterior direct restorative dentistry.
Starting from Class IV restorations, considered the ideal educational model for understanding shape, color, layering, and light management, the course will progressively address all fundamental aspects of direct anterior composite restorations, including additive morphological modifications and Direct Composite Veneers (Di_Co_V).
Through original Adhesthetics protocols, clinical videos, live demonstrations, and guided hands-on exercises, participants will acquire a structured and repeatable clinical workflow for achieving natural, functional, and long-lasting anterior restorations.
Because esthetics is not the result of innate talent.
Esthetics is the result of correctly applied protocols and a systematic approach.
